SPEL Ecoceptor

The SPEL Ecoceptor™ is a secondary stormwater treatment device designed to target gross pollutants, coarse sediment, total suspended solids, total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and some nutrients. The device is a hydrodynamic separator producing low velocity conditions in the sump to facilitate settling of sediment particles. In high flow conditions, flow bypasses the storage chamber ensuring all captured material remains within the chamber.

  • Secondary stormwater treatment device
  • Lab tests show capture of 30% total phosphorus
  • Underground installation, no loss of site surface area
  • 75 mm fall across the device
  • Lab results show for 97% removal of >75 micron particles and 35% capture of <75 microns
  • Australian designed and engineered
  • Light, quick and easy to install
  • Customisable to Treatment Flow rate
